Who We Are

We are a group of people who believe in a world in which the physical and spiritual dimension of man coexist in total harmony, seeking a sustainable way of life in balance with the rhythms of nature. All our work is based and developed upon this vision, producing in an organic and ecological way towards a final product which is the purest and true to its essence. Only through this way, we'll be able contribute to the manifestation of the New World, - and the New Age - Where the relationship between man and nature is a cooperative one, within an absolute respect for its rhythms and purposes.

Where We Are

We are in a very big and ancient farm located near Monsaraz in Alentejo  - a knights templars middle age town next to the Alqueva, the largest artificial lake in Europe. With our very own ecosystem, we have managed to gather the best conditions for some great quality products. We have water abundancy, sunlight, and a thermal amplitude all year long, which allows us to produce a variety of products; From organic essence oils to organic Spelt flour.

We create our products by most natural means, in order to obtain a result as pure as possible and thus, allowing the same products to promote an internal transformation, both in man as in the environmental world around him.

Self Sustentability

Our local production, from our own lands, is our quest for a better future in a total self-sufficiency of energy resources and raw materials thus creating a new and local awareness and life style.
